In Tokyo, there are very few restaurants where you can eat Nagasaki Champon. There used to be many restaurants here and there, but unfortunately, most of the private Champon restaurants have closed down due to lack of successors. Ringer Hut has closed, so Ogikubo Champon-tei and Glover-tei in Mitaka are probably the best around here. This restaurant's simple and light soup is delicious, the champon noodles are OK, and the thick udon noodles are also average in taste, and the noodles are fried champon noodles instead of fried noodles. The fried rice with onions is home-style and delicious, and the price is reasonable. The fried chicken is juicy and packed with garlic, so I highly recommend it.Although it's easy to overlook, the normal ramen (520 yen) is surprisingly delicious with a good stock. Since the old man is working in the kitchen on his own, it will take a little longer to serve the food, but please continue to work at your own pace.

A Chinese restaurant run by an elderly couple from Nagasaki. Sara udon and Champon are popular. The difference between special and regular is whether it contains meatballs, squid, or shrimp. The Champon noodles are unique and are hard to find in Tokyo, so I thought they were shipped directly from Nagasaki, but they are actually homemade. This is a popular store, but please note that it closes after 7pm. The taste is good and brings back memories of Nagasaki. Perfect for corona measures 👍

This is an ordinary restaurant run by a couple from Nagasaki. Not only the Nagasaki Champon, but also regular ramen, yakisoba, gyoza, and fried chicken are all filling and satisfying. The spring rolls are Coco's original, and are a masterpiece with thinly fried eggs on the skin, but they seem to be difficult to make, so it's best to avoid ordering them during peak hours. It seems like the couple are both of a certain age and have a hard time, but I hope they stay healthy and do their best! !
