I'm so happy that I was able to visit this famous yakitori restaurant, which is difficult to make reservations for. Thank you to my friend who made the reservation. There are counter seats inside the restaurant, so I sat side by side with my friend and ate our food. First up was chicken sashimi with breast meat, raw meatballs, liver and gizzard. The seared breast meat was lightly seared on the outside and fragrant, and the meat inside was fluffy and tender. Fried lotus root has a nice texture. The one in between was a raw meatball. Kushimono begins by putting fruit tomatoes in between. Fresh meatballs, outer thighs, ginkgo nuts, hearts, and sagari came out. The tender and elastic outer thigh meat is the best. The heart was delicious without any bloody smell. It was a very satisfying yakitori course dinner with ramen at the end.
Reservations are only accepted through the OMAKASE website on the 1st of every month, and the next month's reservation slots fill up in less than 5 minutes, making it difficult to make reservations. A shop that has been in business for nearly 30 years and is known for its craftsmanship. Since I was able to visit the store for the first time, I have tried every month but have not been able to get it every time. I feel even more happy when I get a reservation. Each dish is carefully prepared, starting with chicken sashimi, raw meatballs, marinated meatballs, and searing. Now that I can come here, I no longer eat yakitori anywhere else. Despite this quality, the cost performance is still good. The food and drinks are carefully selected, and are all the chef's favorites. The atmosphere is homely and relaxing.
