It is a delicious soba restaurant with volume. This is Kanto! Because it is a strong seasoning, it may feel a little salty for people in the Kansai area. Hot or cold, of course, nabeyaki is delicious, but I think the hidden gem is Kishimen. Different from udon and soba, the light flavored miso soup is exquisite. My personal favorite is Nabeyaki Udon Stewed udon (miso flavor) *winter only Sanmi Udon Kishimen These are the four, but the other menus are also delicious, so I'm in trouble when ordering. Why is the soba restaurant's curry nanban so delicious?
