The two of us ordered squid ink plate udon and champon gyoza. The squid ink dish udon has an exquisite richness from the squid ink and the soup stock that leaves your mouth melting. It's packed with rich scents. The chanpon was as expected, with aji and noodles. The gyoza is juicy and delicious.

The Janshin Ramen was truly delicious! The noodles are thinner and harder than champon noodles (thicker than regular ramen from other restaurants), and mix well with the soup. The vegetables are also sweet and filling! It's rich but not bitter, and even though I'm a small eater, it was so delicious that I finished it all😋 I like spicy food, so when I was adding the spiciness that was on the shelf, the friendly master told me that I could adjust the spiciness. I would like to try it spicy next time!

I finally found it. I used to go there a lot when I was in Sakura Josui. I've been looking for it for a long time. I am deeply moved! The master is also cool with the menu composition full of energy as usual!
