More Comments at Google MapA tremendous amount of effort, knowledge, and skill is packed into the casual Chinese atmosphere. Revisited after watching Mokuhan's video on YouTube. The inexplicable umami of the fried rice and the multi-layered taste of the soup, especially when you sip the curry and then sip the soup, the spread of flavors is beautiful. Even ramen and trendy high-end Chinese soba restaurants are so delicious that you'll wonder if they're this good. Although the number of items is small, they are able to offer delicious food because they don't have to do everything from omelet rice to katsudon.
I watched YouTube and wondered if it was possible to make curry that quickly without boiling it. ! I was curious about the taste, so I asked. I was also curious to see what would happen if lotus root was added to curry! I visited on a Sunday around 2pm, and unlike YouTube, it was full. Last order is 30 minutes before closing. I also wanted to try ramen, so I ordered the ramen curry set (1000 yen including tax). I'm an amateur, so I don't know, but ramen noodles have a texture similar to round noodles and are chewy. It goes well with the soup and is delicious. The curry has been a long-awaited dish, and the spiciness is medium-spicy, so even those who don't like spiciness will find it delicious. Actually, I don't like spicy food. The oyster extract really makes you feel warm in the depths, adding depth and complexity to the flavor. I felt that the oyster curry powder was doing a really good job! Pork belly with crunchy onions, carrots, and curry. I'm sure you won't find a curry filled with vegetables at many Chinese restaurants. However, the curry set didn't seem to have lotus root or shimeji mushrooms, so I'm not sure if I was just engrossed in eating it and didn't notice. I was also interested in the curry ramen that appears on YouTube, so I added some curry roux to the ramen soup and it was twice as delicious! I left the store feeling super lucky to be able to enjoy three different flavors in one set. The handsome second-generation owner was smiling and answering customers from start to finish, and seemed very cool as he worked efficiently. Lastly, 1000 yen is too cheap for that quality and quantity, and I'm worried about whether it will continue to exist. I feel sorry for the other customers, but I hope that even if we take advantage of this inflation and raise the prices a little, we will continue to maintain the quality, love, and continuity of our products and leave them for future generations. Personally, I personally consider Machi Chuka to be an important cultural property, and Chuka Ichiban is already well known throughout Japan through YouTube. We support you in the future.
Ramen, fried rice, curry, a la carte dishes, everything is delicious at this miraculous restaurant. It's not flashy and shows off the ingredients used, but it's really delicious. If you're nearby, please come and try it. The fried rice ramen set and miso chashu noodles are especially recommended.
