The famous miso ramen has a mellow, rich miso soup with black sesame seeds that is delicious! There are plenty of vegetables and noodles, and it's satisfying to eat, and the cost performance is also great. Next is the famous gyoza. This is a wonderful ramen and Chinese restaurant that is loved by locals.
A ramen shop along Ome Kaido. The store is neat and clean. It's a comfortable space. At the ticket vending machine, I ordered "chilled ramen", and on the menu, I ordered "chilled Chinese noodles", a summer specialty. It's like a double soup, with the same amount of soy sauce and sesame sauce poured over the cold, crisp noodles. There are 10 ingredients in total: char siu, cucumber, half a boiled egg, bamboo shoots, boiled sprouts, corn, wakame seaweed, cherry tomatoes, pickled ginger, and sunny lettuce underneath. It's ten eyes instead of five, and it's like a ramen salad. Japanese mustard is also firmly attached, and there is nothing to be happy about. The slightly sweet sauce mixes well with the noodles and other ingredients and is delicious. With plenty of vegetables, it's like a promise of good health tomorrow. The second half is a trip to find your favorite taste with vinegar, chili oil, and spicy miso on the table. It's delicious no matter how you eat it, but spicy miso goes well with it. As mentioned above, I am satisfied with the cold Chinese noodles that are rich in both eyes and tongue. Thank you for the meal.
