I ate Olong Ramen and Gyoza. It's been 10 years since I visited Ramen Academy in Musashi Urawa and the gyoza there was delicious and I've always wanted to go there? I was able to come! I’m glad I came from Chiba Prefecture! Both ramen and gyoza are delicious! ️I will come again! The ramen is delicious with a numbing spiciness that cannot be imitated!! ️ I feel like the old gyoza were a bit more chewy and handmade, but I don't remember much about them, but they were delicious and I ordered them! !

I went around 12:00 on a public holiday. The store was already full, but I was able to get in in about 5 minutes. For lunch, I ordered Dandan noodles, a half-fried rice set, a green pepper meat set meal, and fried dumplings. The dandan noodles had a rich sesame flavor and were delicious, and the half-fried rice had the aroma of star anise and was also delicious. The amount of green pepper meat was very large and filling. The gyoza was also delicious. It seems like you get a free refill for one bowl of rice. There was also a TV interview on this day. I want to go at night next time.

Night visit. Gyoza, soup dumplings, and small rice cost just over 1,000 yen. The meat in the soup dumplings was juicy and very delicious. The flavor is stronger than fried dumplings. Let's come eat again. I thought it would be nice if they would serve me some soup if I had the desire.
