Meat was fresh and staff was excellent even without us knowing Japanese

I highly recommend On-Yasai, a Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu restaurant, for a fantastic dining experience. This place deserves a solid 5-star rating! The food at On-Yasai was incredibly tasty and satisfying. They provided a well-balanced diet with a generous portion of vegetables that fulfilled our daily nutritional requirements. The highlight was their wagyu beef, which was simply mouthwatering. The wagyu soup was a delightful addition that enhanced the flavors even further. If you're a fan of hotpot, this is definitely the place to be. What truly impressed us as tourists was the exceptional service we received, despite not speaking Japanese. The waitress was incredibly patient and helpful. She made a genuine effort to learn some English phrases, which made communication a breeze. We felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated as guests. The table service was top-notch, going above and beyond our expectations. The waitress took the time to assist us in cooking a dish at our table that we were initially struggling with. Her guidance and support made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Overall, On-Yasai is a highly recommended restaurant. The delicious food, exceptional service, and warm hospitality make it a must-visit for anyone looking for an outstanding hotpot experience.
