I couldn't stop drinking chicken soup. So delicious.

I've only eaten Takanmari three times, but this was the most delicious. The noodles and rice porridge at the end were soaked in the chicken stock. It was super delicious 👍

First takkanmari I've never eaten the authentic one, but I thought it would be a little more stewed and softer. It's full of collagen and goes well with an unexpected sauce of vinegar soy sauce and mustard!
