The prices are a little higher than your typical chain store but the portion sizes tend to the larger size as well. The "yaki" (broiled) curry and borscht were great. Not items I've seen elsewhere. Just off of the beaten path this place is worth a visit. Cash only. Recommended for those in search of nicely prepared western style meals.
A small western restaurant in town. It seems that many people from Kodansha can be seen, and it is always crowded at noon. Standard western dishes such as spaghetti and omelet rice are served. In addition, unusual menu items such as beetroot soup are sometimes offered. In the past, it seems that there were multiple imported beers, but after Corona, the types have been narrowed down. I had a grilled curry spread thinly on a paella pan. Layers of rice, curry, cheese, and half-boiled egg are baked from the bottom, and symptoms of poisoning appear. In addition, Ghibli's "Kokurikozaka" seems to be the original story of the name of this shop.
I wanted to come, but I couldn't make it, but finally I was able to come! Since it was dinner, it consisted of alcohol and a side menu of one item. The beer mug is cute and it tastes better than the usual beer lol Each menu item was carefully arranged, and it was fun to look at, and the taste was sure to make you feel delicious, so we had a fulfilling dinner time! Next time I will come for lunch!
