2023/06/06 revisit When I went to Machi Chuka, I ordered "drooling chicken" for the first time while it was standardized as a menu. I was surprised when it came out in less than 5 minutes after ordering. I wondered why it was so early, but I was convinced when I saw the soup that was served. It's a cooling system. I thought it was a chicken version of chilled Chinese food, so I took a bite and it tasted just like I imagined. I think it's good to eat on hot days. As I felt when I visited last time, the Chinese soup served as a set meal is hot and very good. You can't go wrong with a restaurant where the soup that comes with the set meal is piping hot. Thank you for the meal. I visited here because I wanted to eat spicy mapo tofu. I entered the store at exactly 12 o'clock, but I was a little worried that there was not a single customer, but it wasn't like that, and many people came in later. All the menus are under 1000 yen, so I am grateful for this time. Salad is all-you-can-eat, so this was also rare these days. The mapo bowl I was looking for was as spicy as the reputation. It's not numb, it's purely a good balance between the spiciness of the chili and the sweetness of the sweet soy sauce, and it made me sweat. Next time I will order the numbness menu.
