I usually make Taiwanese braised pork rice, but the first time I ate the braised pork rice here, I was shocked by how delicious it was. The texture of Roujiamo is crispy on the outside and glutinous on the inside. The meat inside is not minced like Xi'an Roujiamo. Instead, the meat is inserted directly into the whole piece. The skin is also fried very oily and fragrant. This operation is really wonderful. To be honest, it can be its own school. As for the service attitude, there should be a Marian style, and the girl at the door is also very enthusiastic, but Marian can be found everywhere in Japan, and there are not many places that can remember the faces of customers. Even if I wear a mask every time I go, the girl at the door Sister can recognize me every time, I must give you a thumbs up for this, okay? I personally like to visit stores very much. I have been to various restaurants, restaurants, izakayas, internet celebrity stores, etc., but this store is the one I go to most frequently because I am craving for the braised pork rice. As a Cantonese, I can't eat spicy food. I haven't tried the signature spicy and spicy hotpots so far, but if I have the opportunity (yao) in the future, I will try my best to try them all.
