A very relaxing folk art shop. I've only used it for lunch, but the atmosphere and customer service are unrelated to the rush. No matter what you eat, the taste of the fish is the best. The seafood rice bowl set is especially recommended. The taste of fish is different. You can choose buckwheat or udon, but in the summer it will be zaru soba or zaru udon. I always choose udon, but udon is also chewy and really delicious. Whether it's rice, after-meal coffee, or hojicha, it's perfect. it's one of my favourite stores.
For lunch, we have a weekly set meal of 950 yen. It's on the second floor of the building, but it's easy to understand right in front of you after going up the stairs. Almost full when we visited during lunch. There are so many seats, such as small rises and semi-private rooms, mainly for four people. At the last table, I sat down with a customer who entered the store at the same time. It's a four seater so I don't mind. Looking at the menu, I'm quite worried, but the weekly change is the flounder? Selected by simmering, meat potatoes and sashimi. There is hot tea and paper towels. There are no paper napkins, but it's a Japanese restaurant, so it's okay. Served after a while. The presentation is also polite, and it looks quite delicious. Shibazuke, miso soup and rice are included. Miso soup first. The soup stock is solid, and the thickness of miso is just right. delicious. Drink miso soup and be sure of winning. The fish is fried rather than boiled. Mushrooms, carrots, and onions add exquisite flavor. The flounder is also fluffy, and the crispness of the leftover fried batter matches well. delicious! And meat and potatoes. It's easy to understand whether it's delicious or not, but when you take a bite, it's also delicious! The soup stock is effective, and the potatoes are quite large, but they are well boiled and fluffy. Still, it does not lose its shape and does not become cloudy. Sashimi is three slices of red meat. They look irregular, but they have no odor and are plump and delicious. The customer service is nice, and I know it's crowded. This was a store that I definitely had to revisit.
