It seems to be purchased from the Toyosu market and is fresh and delicious. The roasted duck is served with yuzu pepper and ginger as condiments, making it refreshing and easy to eat. Local chicken is very soft, so next time I would like to ask for sauce. There were some unusual alcoholic beverages, and the Hyuganatsu beer was delicious without any peculiarities in a good way.

The food and drinks were delicious, and the private room, which was a bit small for 6 people, was comfortable and enjoyable. The course meals are delicious, not only meat, but also carpaccio and salads, and there are plenty of all-you-can-drink options, so I'm satisfied.
