More Comments at Google MapOne of Kasai's 7 treasures. I have not found the other 6 yet. It's not surprising to see queues forming outside, even when it's raining. Probably the best Sara Udon in Tokyo? (Prove me wrong!) Business hours are irregular due to the owner's(?) health, but check their facebook page before going, they make announcements there.
Used on Saturday, March 4th. It is better to come prepared to line up and wait. It opened at 11:30, and we arrived after the first round. I entered the restaurant at 12:00, ordered immediately, and the food was served at 12:30. The turnover rate is quite poor. That's understandable, because there are two people working in the kitchen and the hall. Please note that due to the need to make for multiple people, the items may not be served in the order ordered. There's a good amount of vegetables, and you'll be able to fill your stomach with just one serving. It seems that it is not possible to reduce the amount of noodles. It costs an extra 200 yen for a large serving, but since the amount you get will be enough to burst your stomach, it might be best to wait and see what happens at first. Not only Champon and sara udon, but also gyoza are extremely delicious. In Kasai, there is a place called Dokichidokoro Gyoza that is famous for its gyoza, but this one is called The Gyoza. The vegetables are crunchy and the sweetness is irresistible. It's interesting and profound that gyoza is completely different depending on the restaurant.
Nagasaki champon shop that I've been interested in for a long time. When I checked what other customers were eating while I was waiting, I was surprised to see a huge amount of champon being brought to the table! I ordered Sara Udon and my partner ordered regular Champon. Although it was brought right away, I started eating while thinking, "Can I really finish it?" I was relieved that the taste was very ordinary Nagasaki Champon. For those who have only eaten Nagasaki Champon at Ringer Hut, it may feel a little strange, but this shop is more normal. It's been a long time since I ate a proper champon, so I was very satisfied. As for my taste, I prefer the one with ikageso or naruto, but that's the arrangement of the store, so I also like the taste of this store.
