I felt that it was the ultimate Japanese dish that borrowed the form of ramen. First, the seafood soup stock is rich. The soup, noodles, and each ingredient are delicious with every bite. Although it is light, it is highly satisfying. I received the slightly thick white fish sashimi in the latter half of the bowl, but it turned into an extremely rare and exquisite dish. The noodles are homemade and there is a glass-enclosed noodle workshop in the back of the store. I could see the commitment. Today I had Maihama local beer white, and the way it was served and the attentiveness of the craftsmen and staff were very pleasant, and I became a fan after just one visit. The photo doesn't really convey the flavor, but I wanted to record the good balance, so I took a photo. Needless to say, the clams had the perfect taste and cookedness. Well, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the developers and providers who have worked hard to reach this goal. We will definitely come back again.
