[Chinchin-tei] is a Chinese restaurant located 1 minute walk from the east exit of Komagome Station on the JR Yamanote Line. It's a restaurant that feels like THE Machi Chinese food with plenty of seasonality. I've passed by many times before, and I finally got to go. It's hot summer like this, so what I really want to eat is hiyashi chuka. Of course, we also started serving chilled Chinese food at Chinchintei~♪ I added small gyoza (3 pieces). First, the gyoza comes out, and the large gyoza comes out with a bang. It has just the right amount of ingredients and is delicious. Hiyashi chuka is topped with the classic ham, cucumber, and kinshi tamago, usually topped with pickled ginger, but here it's topped with chopped gari. The noodles are entangled in the sauce and it's really delicious, the ingredients are nice and the gari works really well. This is delicious! Let's go eat chilled Chinese food again lol

My companion ordered ramen and I ordered kata yakisoba. Kata yakisoba is lightly flavored with plenty of vegetables.
