Best tonkatsu. Melts in your mouth

This is my first taste of tonkatsu. I ordered the tonkatsu set meal for 1300 yen. It was a tonkatsu that I had never tasted before at any tonkatsu restaurant, with a texture that was soft and chewy. It is served with demi-glace sauce, but if you add sauce later to change the taste, it will be even more delicious. Refills of rice (you can choose white rice or barley rice), cabbage, and miso soup are OK.
