Tanaka famous for their Soba ! Texture and taste of soba is different from those i get back home. Its hard & chewy , when eaten hot or cold its still does not soften. The Soba here also does not appear to be dark in color. I had mine set with Tempura, chawamushi, dessert JPY1,950

Lovely place and good food

Very relaxing environment and their cool soba in the summertime is best during lunchtime. Reminded of a restaurant in Japan town in San Francisco.
