I visited "Kitchen Purupuru" located in Sezaki, Soka City, Saitama Prefecture, about 2 minutes walk from the east exit of Yatsuka Station on the Tobu Skytree Line. I received a "hamburger set meal" for 930 yen. When I arrived at the store around 11:15, there were no other customers, but by lunch time, the place was almost full. There are 9 table seats and counter seats. The ``hamburger set meal'' is the most popular menu item, and the in-store POP advertises ``hand-kneaded hamburger steak.'' The sound of the hamburger being banged and sizzling after you order it will whet your appetite. The hamburger steak is plump and juicy, but not greasy, so you can eat it in one go. The bitter demi-glace sauce has a perfect balance of bitterness and sourness, giving it the feel of a hamburger steak for adults. Garnishes include glacéed carrots, fries, and green beans. The fluffy rice and miso soup ingredients include tofu, green onions, and wakame seaweed. At the end, it was delicious with hot coffee (you can also choose iced coffee). The chef's brother and the lady in charge of the restaurant are very courteous and seem to have many regular customers. It's a small restaurant, and although it's not very spacious, it feels like an old-fashioned Western restaurant, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. It was a feast.

It's a Western restaurant with vague orange lights that give it a retro Showa feel. It was my first time to go there, but the store seemed to have a calming feel to it. I was hesitant since there were curry, pasta, and hamburger steaks, but I decided to order the minced meat and croquette set meal. You can choose pickles or salad, miso soup or corn soup and it comes with rice💴950✨I was very satisfied🥰 I think I'll try the curry next time⤴️
