The parking lot has been added for a total of 3 cars. This is a back fat ramen shop from Niigata. Mainly counter seats. The table seats were pretty tight, probably 4 adults. Only 1 table. There was enough space at the counter and table to put your luggage. I ate with my shoulder bag slung over my shoulder. However, the ramen and fried gyoza are very delicious. We use our own noodles. It was a medium thick noodle with a slightly brownish color. The unique smell of back fat ramen is irresistible. Large servings of noodles are impossible. Clean up the dishes after eating, so put them on the shelf on the counter before leaving the store. I learned from the people around me. There is a food ticket machine outside. There will be a break from 3pm. It was also a ramen shop that I wanted to go to eat.

At noon, when I was driving a car and waiting for a traffic light, I stopped in front of the shop, was attracted by the atmosphere, and entered immediately. There are only about 3 parking lots, but I was lucky because they were empty. I ordered the ramen, and it was delicious with a distinct seafood aroma. It looked like a branch of a store in Niigata Prefecture, but I was lucky to enter the store by chance. Thank you for the meal.

It was delicious with soy sauce back fat 👍 It's thick noodles~ Next time I will try the dried sardine thin noodles as they looked delicious.
