More Comments at Google MapOld-fashioned Chinese noodles. I had Chinese noodles, curry fried rice, and gyoza. Apparently they are famous for their curry ramen, and some customers ordered it with 30 spiciness. The owner is very friendly, and his wife even goes out of his way to check on the parking lot, making it a homely ramen shop. Next time I would like to try the curry ramen.
Curry ramen is popular in town Chinese, and is it the originator? That's why I visited. About 15 minutes on foot from Kanamachi Station, it is located in a residential area at the intersection of Higashi Kanamachi 6-chome, and there is a parking lot for 4 cars behind the store. Even if I felt that it was my first time visiting the store, the owner was kind enough to talk to me and the place was full of regulars just before noon. It's been a few decades since I ate at the now-defunct "Dosanko Ishihara", a curry ramen that seems to exist and is hard to come across. It was spicy and well-balanced, and the soup and thin noodles were well entwined and delicious. It's nice to be able to arrange the spiciness and thickness to your liking. Wonton noodles with a nostalgic Showa taste, moist fried rice, and dumplings with a lot of vegetables were also delicious. Thank you for the meal. I'll come back later.
My favorite restaurant that I've been going to since I was little. The shop is run by a father and mother. Refreshing traditional Chinese soba noodles. Apparently some young people say curry ramen is mushy, but I can't challenge that (lol) This shop also makes handmade gyoza with a lot of heart. This is a store that I want to continue running forever.
