I had good dishes at No,1 Tokyo reasonable Chinese restaurant.

Chotoku used to be in Shibuya near the old Jintan building. It was a pleasant surprise that they had relocated to the Matsuzakaya department store on the upper levels where a small food hall exists. Although not cheap by Tokyo standards the taste is sophisticated and the udon is excellent. This is another place I make it a point to come to when I am in Tokyo.

Famous for their fried dumplings and egg fried rice. Those are what you come here for!
