Visited around 4pm on Tuesday, October 17th. After receiving a recommendation from the owner of Ramen Ayatori in Nishiarai, I haven't been able to visit it for a while... Time has passed and I was finally able to visit it today 😊 Since this was my first visit, I asked the owner for a recommendation, and he recommended 980 yen for meat tsukemen, so I ordered that. Was the spiciness small, medium, or large? Apparently there are three levels to choose from (maybe there are higher levels as well).Since this was my first visit, I set the spiciness level to low. It seems possible to increase the spiciness later. Since this was my first visit, I ordered extra vegetables for 100 yen, wooden ears for 100 yen, raw eggs for 100 yen, cilantro for 150 yen, beef tendons for 350 yen, shredded seaweed for 50 yen, special size for 180 yen, meat rice (small) for 200 yen, and black oolong tea. I bought various things for 300 yen lol The owner is a refreshing and pleasant person, and he is kind and polite ☺️ There is only a counter inside the store. Paper apron available. I'm really happy that it's open all day. It was after 4pm so I was glad it was empty ☺️ As you wait, the product will appear🍜✨😋 The noodles are thick 😆 I think it's Kaairou's noodles because there was a tag from Kakarou. The dipping sauce is simmering 😆 It's like a stone-grilled bibimbap ❗ With this, you can eat it piping hot till the end 😋 I immediately took a sip of itadakimasu👏 and when I took a sip, it was so delicious😋 It was my first time eating it😋 There was a deep flavor, sweetness, and richness in the spiciness😋 It was different from tsukemen that was just spicy. It's hard to express because I don't have the vocabulary to express it, but it has an Asian taste and also a taste of Korean food 😋 The more I eat it, the more I get addicted to it ♪ The coriander is also a perfect match 😋 This looks like it would go well with cheese❗There is also TP such as tofu, so you can customize it in various ways♪There is also a lot of meat, and the meat🍖 is soft and delicious😋The beef tendon is also tender😋 You can change the taste with garlic, ginger, and vinegar on the table.My recommendation is vinegar!
