Amazing steaks, friendly and welcoming staff. We had really great dinner, one of the best steaks we have ever eaten (not only in Japan). Restaurant staff made our dinner even better and at the end of the dinner we met a chef.

Some of the people I follow like the hungry tourist and others recommended this restaurant. Pretty much came for the steak sandwich that is only takeaway. The staff was really funny and the head chef like previous reviews wrote is so nice. I mentioned I went to a baseball game and we had a whole discussion about it while waiting for my food to be ready. The other staff members were just as kind. The sandwich was excellent and even had some of it cold for breakfast the next day and it was just as good. The sauce reminded me of steak sauce from places like Peter Luger and it had a sweet vinegar taste. It’s definitely expensive but there is a lot of steak in there and it’s good quality. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here but it was not far from my hotel.

It was an unforgettable experience for us. We sat at the bar and able to watch all process, it was fantastic. We tried onion soupe, salad, sirloin and fillet steak. All of them were delicious. I especially recommend the sirloin steak, it has a mouthful taste. Staff was so polite and friendly. We had a chance to chat with chef, he has really good sense of humor also very hospitable. We really enjoyed his conversation. Also we want to thank to sweet lady who accompanied us to the street and gave us cheesecake. I’m sure whenever we talk about Japan we will remember her. I hope we can visit Japan and Shima someday again! ありがとうございます
