Enter the store and check out the menu. When I asked a lot of questions, he explained very carefully. Very friendly owner and staff. I ordered a set of shrimp, avocado, tomato cream pasta, and pizza. Pasta is fresh pasta as it is on the signboard. Dust. The noodles are a little thicker than the thin noodles that I usually like, but because they are raw noodles, they are entwined with the sauce and are very delicious. The pizza is bigger than I expected and worth eating. It's a rustic old-fashioned shop and the taste reminds me of home-made food, but that's why I want to visit this shop again. There are two types of desserts in the set, although they are small. The amount was just right and it was delicious. The owner seems to support high school baseball from the community, so I talked a little about baseball. It is a very easy place to go on the Kamagaya station side. It became a shop I want to visit again.

We got in because there were only two of us, but it was almost fully booked. I ordered both cream and Japanese style sea urchin pasta. For 1,730 yen, drinks such as coffee and black oolong tea are included, and for an additional 300 yen, a cake is included, and you can choose 2 out of 4 types of cake. The pasta arrived in no time. It's a thick pasta with a nice sea urchin on top. The cream is smooth and comes with a set of powdered cheese and black pepper. It's delicious if you mix the light cream with the rich sea urchin. The Japanese style has seaweed on top and the soy sauce flavor is perfect! I liked it better than cream. The pasta was fresh and as advertised, it was chewy and delicious. The pizza looks delicious, so I'll order that next time. The woman in the hall was a polite customer service, but the master seemed a little angry. I'll go again

[Special Neapolitan] Just because it's "Neapolitan" doesn't mean everyone has to boil it all the time. A fresh pasta specialty store that made me think. Fresh pasta is chewy, and the surface has a sticky texture, right? Just by saying that it's fresh pasta, you can get all the ketchup on it. Pasta and ketchup go together extremely well. It's a wonderful sense of unity. It may be the best theory of fresh pasta.
