Until now, I've eaten wild boar and bear meat in hotpot dishes and pottery grills, but I often didn't like the fat and texture. At Coup de Masa this time, we had venison with chocolate sauce that was grilled in the fireplace. I was surprised by the chocolate sauce, but the texture of the meat and the compatibility with the sauce were very good, and it was the easiest game game I've ever eaten.
