Had lunch with my wife using Hino City's PayPay refund. There were already several groups of customers before the store opened at 11:30. I was lucky enough to park my car. The inside of the store is compact with about 5 to 6 seats at the counter and 1 table that seats 4 people. I had a 400g hamburger with demi-glace sauce, and my wife had a double hamburger and rib steak set. For hamburgers, measure the meat with a knife, then shape it and place it on the iron plate. The hand-shaped molding already makes it look delicious. The slow-cooked hamburger is thick and has a dense interior that absorbs the richness of the demi-glace, making it a satisfying meal. By the way, you can choose between demi-glace and grated radish for the sauce. The only garnish is corn, but that alone is enough. It's especially recommended for people who like to eat heartily, as you can get unlimited refills of rice. My wife's steak was also very tender and delicious. Although the price is reasonable, I would definitely like to go there again. Since the cooking is done in one person, it takes some time to serve the food, but it was fun to watch the food being prepared so it wasn't too bad. Above all, the staff's service was excellent and I had a very pleasant meal.
