Kokubunji, Tokyo, Japan｜cuisine familiale

Reservations can be made by phone on the same day for dinner for two. The photo shows a main course (fish or meat) that is only available on the day of the visit, with dessert added. Both taste and quantity were good! Recently, they no longer offer a la carte, but only course meals. It's a small restaurant with 8 seats, and even though it was my first time visiting, I was able to have a nice conversation with the owner and it had a nice atmosphere.

I think this is the number one bistro in Kokubunji. It's a small shop with about 8 seats at the counter, so it's often difficult to walk in, so reservations are recommended. Today we had beer, sautéed seasonal bamboo shoots, sautéed spear squid, offal stew, and cheese. Sautéed bamboo shoots with parmigiano and olive oil is a superb spring dish. . The spear squid also had a wonderful shiso sauce~ A bottle of red wine starts at 2,600 yen, so it's a great deal because it's far from the station. It's a little far from the station, but it's a delicious bistro that is always full of gourmets ^^

I jumped in after seeing the reviews, but it was a very nice and very delicious restaurant! It's a small restaurant with a calm atmosphere, and the owner serves seasonal dishes.
