The black olives were finely chopped very carefully, and the sauce mixed with the capers had a taste and texture that I could not eat anywhere else. I always order a pasta dinner, but there are many kinds of appetizers such as handmade salmon, ratatouille, and salad, so I can enjoy it. The dessert is also recommended. The tarts without gateau chocolat and the tiramisu were also delicious. It's run by an elderly staff, and it's not the young Italian of today, but it's a local precious restaurant where you can enjoy Teppan's recommended dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. I've never seen it before, and the texture is amazing. Pasta is peperoncino-style white shrimp from Toyama Bay. The main dish is roasted lamb with herbs. Unfortunately, there was no Zuccot for dessert, but all three were delicious. We recommend that you make reservations for both lunch and dinner.
