Negishi's long-established western restaurant Shin's white hamburger Japanese-style hamburger is a taste I've heard about and wanted to try. I visited for the first time at the invitation of a friend, but the white sauce based on parmigiano and soy sauce was irresistible, and the hamburger gravy combined with the rice made me unable to stop eating it.
