Mitaka, Tokyo, Japan｜Cultiver Restaurant

A truly wonderful new restaurant, “Cultiver”, has opened in Mitaka-Shi near ghibuli museum. The service was great! Everything thing seemed well choreographed. I highly recommend it.

A neighbourhood gem. The chef brings techniques he mastered in France to products carefully sourced from around Japan, many from organic farms. An interesting and delicious set menu cooked with passion - every dish was beautifully presented and had a 'wow' factor. A small but well chosen wine list. Looking forward to our next visit.
