I went to "Grill S". ``Grill S'' is located on the side of ``Bashamichi Ren'', which is about two streets from Bashamichi in the direction of Sakuragicho. This is a famous Western food restaurant that has been around for a long time, and customers are always lining up at lunchtime. I visited around 12:30 today, but the restaurant was full and I had to wait inside. After about 10 minutes, I was shown to a table and ordered ``omelet rice'' from the lunch menu. When I asked for less ketchup when ordering, I was told, ``You can change the ketchup to demi-glace sauce for ¥300,'' so I said, ``Please.'' The food was delivered quickly, and the ``omelet rice'' was brought to me before I even touched the salad that was provided first. The chicken rice used in the omelet rice here is light in flavor and is made in such a way that it doesn't overpower the taste of the egg or demi-glace sauce. The demi-glace sauce is rich and fluffy as it uses plenty of eggs. It was a very delicious omelet rice. Even after I joined the store, there was no shortage of customers, and I was reconfirmed that the store is extremely popular. The staff was kind from beginning to end and the restaurant made me feel good about my meal! ️
