I was taken to lunch by locals during Golden Week. I added an appetizer and dessert to the pasta set for an additional 550 yen. Spumante is also during GW. We entered the restaurant as soon as it opened at 11:30, and it was fully booked. People who come in the middle of the day or call are waiting, but after 12:30, the first round will leave, so there is a possibility that you can get in. The chef and the men and women on the floor are all young and pleasant. Atmosphere is casual. Pasta is pretty good too. Since it's an open kitchen and there aren't many seats, you can be sure that the food will be freshly prepared. I'd like to eat a little more thoroughly, so I'm worried about night time too. It feels like a store that is loved by locals, and I want one in my neighborhood.
