A friend of mine took me there. This is a restaurant where you can only make reservations by phone twice a year. It is a famous restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected wines at reasonable prices, with so much attention to detail in every dish. I liked the prosciutto, carpaccio, mutton, and tiramisu. All of them are of the highest quality, prepared with the best ingredients, and are great value for money. I originally thought I wasn't good at wine, but I was able to change my common sense. Everything from champagne to chardonnay to red wine is delicious. It seems difficult to make a reservation on your own, but I would definitely like to go again.

I attended a friend's birthday and a drinking party called a friend's wine party. Although I wasn't able to take any photos, I enjoyed the rare wines and listened to the chef explain the meal from start to finish. The chef's skill in using carefully selected ingredients and cooking methods to convey the deliciousness to the fullest was evident. The chef is so humble. However, the more I realized that it was because of his humility that he was chosen by so many customers. And since it was my friend's birthday, we had tiramisu with the background music of Happy Birthday!!. I was impressed by the chef's attentiveness and dedication to providing hospitality. It was a day that I hope I will continue to take care of my body in the future. Thank you for the meal. I will go again.

Reservation opportunity is only once in half a year. It's located in a residential area and not very accessible from the nearest station, but I think it's worth a visit for the specialty food and wine. It is also a great learning experience for the master to carefully explain when serving food and wine. I was impressed with what I received.
