If tou like meat, this may be the best place in Tokyo where to find excellent sparerib stakes. The owner started with steaks in Japan long time ago, when they were not really popular and nobody knew what sparerib steaks are. He then slowly adjusted the taste to Japanese market and developed a successful business. We had soy source sparerib steaks and that was a real culinary experience. Then tried miso sparerib steaks which was a completely different amazing zen -food journey. We will be definitely back because there is much more to try👍🏻.

perfect..the restaurant is famous for spareribs which choice some seasoning sources on it. off course,they have another dishes,daily pasta,beef stakes and hamburgers. forgot taking photoes. very quite,hospitality is good.
