More Comments at Google MapTaste, atmosphere, service. Which one is the best! This is a well-known restaurant that will make bistro lovers groan. A perfect sauce for many classic dishes. I was impressed by the chef's wonderful skills, with a stable and unpretentious taste that can be enjoyed by all generations. I scooped up the sauce, which was too delicious, until I couldn't remove it with a spoon. The woman who brings the food and chooses the drink has a nice smile and is elegant. He was a very nice person who matched the atmosphere of the quiet shop. A valuable shop where you can order a la carte for me who can't eat a lot. I will definitely visit you again next week. In the case of a la carte, the unit price is about 13,000 yen per person (one drink).
Number of visits: First time Since it was my first time, I ordered the course. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm, the chef cooks behind the counter, and the female service staff are smiling and calm, but attentive. All of the wine pairings were excellent, and even I, who am not familiar with them, could enjoy them. The softness of aged sake is something that is unique to any type of alcohol. Of course, this is not a denial of new sake. By the way, the dishes, such as the classic baked pie, all have a strong flavor, but they are not overwhelming and are very delicious. I think the true value of this restaurant is that you can order it a la carte, so I enjoyed the typical course dishes this time, so next time I would like to try it a la carte as you can see on the menu in the photo.
I've always wanted to have dinner here 1 Michelin star I was worried about a la carte, but I got it in the course Course is only 14300 yen course I was looking forward to the old sake wine Cheers with champagne♫ Bourgogne Butter Grilled Isobu Mussel The paired wine is a 1997 Burgundy Saint-Aubin premier cru Amberjack Shikuwasa Jelly Oyster Royale, Shogoin Daikon Mousse ← Forgot to take a photo For fish dishes, tilefish served with Leroy white wine Specialty snow crab pie wrapped in lobster bisque sauce Crab miso is also included, it is irresistibly delicious Roasted venison with 1983 Saint-Emilion red wine Dessert is pear jelly and mont blanc The wine was served to match the food, but most of the wines served were before 2000, and only wines that can withstand aging. I was able to drink wine that I could not drink easily Next time, I would like to go with about 5 people and ask for a bottle of wine ♫
