If six stars was an option, we’d give six stars! This restaurant is lovely. Everything from the homely feel, to the friendly service, and, of course, the excellent home-style Western European food, made for a special night out. The signature mushroom and garlic dish somehow exceeded our high expectations. The gratin was also delicious; in part because it was surprisingly light. Our spareribs were our least favorite, only because there was nothing outstanding about them. We finished the meal with the Bouillabaisse, which was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. Reservations are highly recommended. Also note that the menu is written entirely in Katakana; good practice for people like me!

You will never be able to get in without a reservation. The food is amazing. The onion soup is definitely worth the wait, it is a spectacle of itself. There is no mistake with the food here. There is one problem and that would be the speed of service. The kitchen is very small so expect to wait for a bit when there are other customers. Be sparing with your time when you are planning on a reservation. The seats and place are fit for a Japanese person so be weary if you are coming from abroad. Other than that, it was a wonderful time that I hope others would be able to experience.
