The taste of the stir-fried noodles is exactly the same as the one I ate at Erdaoqiao in the Grand Bazaar when I was a child. I instantly thought of every bit of my hometown. Ordered a pot of tea. There are still a lot of teas. The ordinary tea I ordered for the first time is the taste that I can drink every time I eat at my grandma’s house. Of course, there are rose tea, raspberry tea, and various fruit teas. For noodles, Tarim noodles are more authentic, while for home noodles, the taste is a little lacking. The meat naan tastes very authentic. I originally wanted to order thin-skin buns, but I didn't make them that day, and they said there were no baked buns. The ramen chef is a Uyghur and chatted a few words in his hometown dialect. The rest of the brothers are Turkish and are very nice people. If you can speak Uyghur, you can communicate, and there will be no problem communicating in Japanese. In terms of price, for two people, one noodle dish, four grilled meats, and a pot of tea, it’s almost over 5,000 yen. You can refill the tea, and you can slowly drink hot tea and eat barbecue without feeling tired. Barbecue is a must-have👍 It has the same taste as Erdaoqiao Yusupu Barbeque King!

Sometimes people say about their favourite eatery in exaggeration “It was as if going to an overseas country through exotic cuisine!”, but usually not that much. However, I must say that really is the bull’s-eye, pertinent comment to describe this Uyghur restaurant. Surely will come back soon!

Everything was delicious. I forgot to photograph the skewers and the eggplant stir fry, they are worth the try. Petir manta was our favourite.
