L’eau restaurant was one of the best dining experiences I had in Tokyo. I had the lunch set menu (10.08.24). Everything was perfectly curated and each course reflected a beautiful representation of summer in Japan. I was able to taste and feel different ingredients from different prefectures. The chef has a lot of personality to show his guests and I suggest you go and see and taste this restaurant for yourself.

Not sure when they will earn a Michelin star but the effort the Chef and his team made leave us an unforgettable experience. Artistically arranged and creative use of ingredients.

Great lunch Delicate and balanced flavours. Fish and meat perfectly cooked. Good service and beautiful space decor on a black and dark tones.
