I was in Keelung and randomly walking in the night market for some snacks or desserts, my friend then recommended me to try this 豆花 which is kinda famous in Keelung. He told me this brand started from a stand, and then became a store. For tourists they might not know the story, but for locals they kinda grew up in the history, which is another meaning for them. The 豆花 I ordered was H1, which is their best-selling one. If you visit Keelung and pass by 廟口夜市, I recommend you try this! (The flavor is sweet, I especially love the taro.)
