More Comments at Google MapThis restaurant combines German cooking with an Austrian-type Café into a nice culinary experience. The German dishes include standard fare such as Spätzle (short pasta) or Pea Stew, but it's nicely prepared and very tasty. The cake is a delight - definitely give the Sacher Tart a try! The coffee menu goes with the Austrian names but helps you select the coffee you want via little pictures that show the respectiveproportions of coffee, milk, whipped cream. You can also get cake and coffee to go - as well as very good Brezeln!
The venue is the German Bunka Kaikan, right behind the Korekiyo Takahashi Memorial Park. When I entered, there was no one at the reception. Marzeit is on the right hand side of the reception, so I went straight to the store. Sweets for takeout form a line in showcase when we enter store. This time it's for lunch, so I sit in the back seat. The interior of the store is really wonderful, as if you came to a super first-class luxury store. The terrace seats outside the window have a good atmosphere as if you were actually in Germany. Choose the spaetzle with vegetables for 1200 yen from the 5 types of lunch menu. Order this with a mini dessert of 300 yen. The lunch menu comes with a drink, salad, and bread, so you can fully enjoy the world of German cuisine without ordering a course meal. The pink dressing on the salad was the first time I tasted it and it was very fresh. The mini dessert seems to be a cheesecake, but it has a springy and chewy texture that goes well with the sour jam that comes with it. The main spaetzle caught my eye because it was beautifully arranged. It was a noodle dish with something like short pasta, and it was delicious with a salty cream sauce. There is enough to fill you up if you eat all of them. The food and the atmosphere of the restaurant are amazing, but the price is surprisingly low at only 1500 yen in total. It is a recommended shop.
I was very satisfied with the spring flavor Spergel and Schnitzel for the lunch course. Both the appetizer and dessert, apple pie, were delicious with foreign recipes. I think it's a great value course for both taste and volume. thank you very much. I will go again 🥰
