I ordered the 4 types of cheese doria. It was very delicious, but the cheeses were all mixed together and I couldn't tell which flavor was which lol. If you eat it hot, your mouth will get sore and you won't be able to taste it well, so I think it's easier to understand the taste if you let it cool down a bit before eating it.
