The recommended beef cutlet comes with high-quality demi-glace sauce, salt, and wasabi soy sauce. I especially liked salt. The top selection was 4,500 yen, so I gave up, but it was a quality of 2,400 yen that I do not regret. Mixed fries are shrimp, squid, mini cutlets, and croquettes, all fried well. This also came with "handmade tartar sauce (lots of eggs)" and "Worcester sauce". & both come with potato salad, tomato, cucumber and lots of shredded cabbage. When I ate the carefully prepared food, my body and mind became energetic, and it was a really happy lunch. I want to go again.

The tonkatsu is cooked at a very low temperature, then taken out and cooked with residual heat. Served with sun sauce (Worcester sauce), tonkatsu sauce, and salt. The batter is crisp and crisp, and the meat retains just the right amount of moisture, making it soft and juicy. The transparent shredded cabbage is sweet and juicy. The taste is outstanding and the price is reasonable. Like a western restaurant, you can choose bread or rice, soup or miso soup.

I visited on Christmas, but the age group of the customer base is quite high, probably because of the area. Order a set of 150 grams of steak hamburger, fried shrimp (660 yen/piece), crab cream croquette (990 yen/piece), soup and salad. The fries are really delicious, and this price range is quite good for this taste. The salad and carrot soup are delicious. Hamburg steak with wasabi soy sauce and demiglace sauce. It is 100% beef and goes very well with wasabi soy sauce. Even though it's winter, there are many customers who eat shaved ice for dessert, so it's a popular menu. I want to go again when I stay at Chinzanso.
