Pass this place often, this evening was our first visit. Four dishes, all exceptional. The carpaccio assortment looked intimidating, but wow, each piece a delight. Then how can you make sweetcorn and potato fritters so unbelievably tasty? I have no idea. It’s almost as if they have access to some secret supply of olive oil direct from the oldest trees in Sardinia, the sardine and cabbage dish was simple and probably the best thing you can ever do with these ingredients...the roasted veg? sumptuous! We stumbled across a genius chef hiding in Shinjuku...we’ll return.
