Got there just after opening and it was already full. The set lunches are spectacular! I had the chicken main and pate starter alongside the house made bread and butter. The service was also friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return.

Noon, 1 person, 1,450 yen I've been wanting to eat for a long time, but it's always full of reservations and I can't get in. A popular French restaurant in Nishi Waseda. It happened to be a rainstorm, so I took advantage of the chaos and went in. I don’t know much about French food, so the appetizer is a salad, which contains eggplant, bell pepper, tomato, lettuce, red cabbage, and mizuna. I'm not sure what the sauce is, but it tastes like Japanese salad dressing and tastes great. The main dish is fish meat painted in light cream. It has a rich milky aroma. The fish meat is smooth and tender, but I don’t know what kind of fish it is. Personally, it tastes like mackerel. The side dishes are baguettes, which can be added unlimitedly, up to 2 pieces at a time, and are heated on the spot. Because it was so delicious, I ate 6 pieces, which was quite overwhelming. Another mention of water is the classic Evian, which I personally don’t like very much. This meal allowed me to see the orthodox side of the West. It is full of color, flavor and taste. I can only say that French cuisine is truly top-notch, with its own soul and technique. It's a pity that there is no dessert for lunch, and I can't taste French desserts. Overall, it’s a 5-star recommendation. You can’t be fooled if you buy it for 1,450 yen, and you won’t suffer a loss if you buy it.
