We came for lunch, and we loved it so much that we also booked for dinner. Degustation-level lunch set and bollito meat dinner. Italian style was very authentic. Excellent "al dente" pasta, panocotta, entree, mains. Varied choice of great wines. Knowledgeable & welcoming staff to suggest wine pairings. Our waiter was trained in Tuscany for wine tasting. Broth for bollito (meaning "boiled" in Italian) was flavourful but light. Like a healing broth in Winter. Highly recommend for the cold months! The lasagna with Bechamel sauce was delicious and also light. There was so much to eat but we enjoyed every morsel without getting heavy and too full. The chef and staff have a passion for authentic Italian food and flavours, set in a contemporary Japanese sensibility. Impressed with the service and chef. Thank you to manager and chef Hayato Sawada-san, Hiroshi Higuchi-san, and our waiter, Carl. Excellent service and food.

Very pleasantly surprised This is a restaurant in takashimaya. Was trying to get to the katsu restaurant on the same floor but the line was extremely long Had pictures item. It was cold pasta but tasted great. Didn't even need the uni or scallop to make it good. Not much in the way of quantity though Giving this 4-4.5 star because of quantity -(rounded up) I wouldn't go out of my way to come back but it was good enough to consider it.

For dinner, I ordered a luxurious hot pot pasta set full of truffles. The Otsukidashi is a cute bite-sized dish with olives, cheese, and ham neatly stuck in a flower pot. The homemade focaccia was soft, warm, and easy to tear, making it easy to eat. Afterwards, the pot is served, and when you open the lid, you'll see fluffy, fragrant truffles elegantly placed on top of a wide bowl of pasta, which will whet your appetite from the moment you see it. It uses a ragu sauce made by simmering Tokachi beef in red wine for 4 hours, which gives it a strong flavor, and it was delicious with the truffles. We recommend eating it as is at first, and adding truffle cheese as you like to change the taste. It was the most delicious pasta I've eaten recently. This is a new pasta that is only available on the dinner menu, and it has an atmosphere and luxury that you can't get anywhere else, and there is a comfortable Japanese-style horigotatsu in the back. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a stylish dinner, those who want to enjoy exquisite pasta, families, and dates. Course meals and a la carte options are available for lunch and dinner, as well as a children's menu. This is a new and popular restaurant that opened in April as a sister restaurant to Convivio, a stylish hidden Italian restaurant in Kitasando.
