More Comments at Google MapI visited Tokyo for the first time in three years, looking forward to music, food and wine. I didn't know if I could go on a business trip due to work troubles, so I made a reservation last minute and was nervous until just before. It was my first time visiting Arakicho Shari Dori, but it looked like a fun street. At Minami, I asked for a dinner course and a wine pairing course. The food, wine and service were all excellent. From appetizers to soups, main dishes, and desserts, I enjoyed the sights, the aromas, the textures, and the flavors. The wine that accompanied the food was also nice. I will never forget the pleasure of eating the next dish while enjoying the aroma and taste. I think it's a valuable restaurant where you can experience the fun of having various wines to match each dish. In addition, the commentary of the service person also complemented the deliciousness of the food and wine. There is a reasonable amount of wine in the pairing course, and those who can drink it can enjoy it moderately, but I think some people may find it too fun. Finally, I felt that the friendly atmosphere, smiles, and craftsmanship of the chef and sommelier are the assets of this restaurant. I can't visit from Kyushu unless I'm on a business trip because I'm raising a child, but it was worth staying the night before on my own. I think the next chance to visit will be in half a year or a year. I would like to ask you another question.
For someone like me who doesn't like greasy food, this French dish was very easy to eat. The restaurant's concept is to make French cuisine that is gentle on the stomach, using almost no butter, cream, or flour, which are essential for French cuisine, and when I tried it, I found that the course was just like that. The volume of each dish was perfect, not too much. All the dishes are elaborately prepared and you will be impressed as soon as you take a bite. Even though the concept is to be gentle on the stomach, it does not mean that the food is unsatisfying. All of them were delicious, but the lobster risotto was especially my favorite, as it was full of richness, depth, and the flavor of the ingredients, as I love shrimp. The wine pairings, timing of recommendations, and communication were excellent. This is a store I would like to visit again.
The atmosphere, food, wine, and hospitality are all wonderful. Chef Dominique Corbi was also very friendly and the combination of dishes was excellent. An S-class restaurant that you don't want to tell anyone about.
