Beef tar tar was phenomenal. Great cook on a variety of beef cuts/types. The Venison was a great add. Truffles are used well in the dishes. Desserts are even more impressive!

Delicious

Visited during lunch. The restaurant opened at 12:00, and we arrived 10 minutes early, but in those 10 minutes, customers had been lining up to open, and most of the seats were filled as soon as the restaurant opened. The lunch menu includes hamburgers, pasta, and freshly caught meat. I had heard that hamburgers are very delicious, so I ordered a hamburger. There are 8 types of burgers including the daily special, so I was very confused, but since it was my first time, I decided to try the basic menu. Hamburger (1000 yen), comes with salad for an additional 100 yen Wow, it’s delicious! ! It was simply delicious and I fell in love with it. The salad leaves are very fresh and fragrant, and the dressing has a great balance of sourness and sweetness. The hamburger is an impressive size, and the patty is thick with no extra fat, giving you the direct flavor of the firm beef. I was so impressed that the buns and sauce were different from the burger chains I'm used to. I instantly became a fan. I would like to try other burgers, and of course I would like to try the pasta as well as the evening course.
