I had a hamburger and fried shrimp lunch. The sweet, bitter and deep demi sauce was delicious! The prawns are plump and go great with the homemade tartar sauce. Broccoli soup, grilled potatoes, macaroni salad, and firm rice are all exquisite. I thought it would be good for lunch on a special day.

Mr. Ogawaken, who always takes care of me at Raisin Witch (personally, I mainly go to Ogawaken in Shinbashi). This time, I went to a restaurant in Ochanomizu, and the food there was very carefully prepared, high quality, sophisticated, and delicious Western food. Apparently they are related). ■Cooking/taste I ordered crab cream croquette & 150g hamburger for 3,000 yen, fried oysters & 150g hamburger for 2,800 yen, one pudding and two coffees for 330 yen✖️2, and pudding for 640 yen for a total of 7,100 yen. Although it is one of the most expensive Western dishes, I think it is worth the price in terms of the quality and taste of the food. The hamburgers are made with coarsely ground Kuroge Wagyu beef, and they are grilled to keep them fluffy so that they don't become sticky, and when we eat them, the meat juices flow out when you insert a knife into them. The key point is that the meat itself is not evenly ground, giving it a very complex texture. The fried oysters are small in size, but they have a fluffy texture, and they don't feel sticky and are really smooth, a type I've never eaten before. I shared a crab cream croquette with my companion, and it was also super smooth crab cream with crustacean sauce. All of them were high-quality and sophisticated dishes that I would like to try at least once. The final custard pudding is an old-fashioned caramel pudding for adults. The pudding was dense and delicious. ■Atmosphere/Service The first floor of the building is a cafe, and the restaurant is in the basement. The restaurant is surprisingly small and has a homey feel, but it's not casual either, and you can experience the quality of the space as well as the food. The cutlery and tableware seem to be carefully selected, so it's not luxurious, but it has a sparkling sense of style. There was only one female waiter, so I felt like they were a bit understaffed, but the restaurant itself wasn't that big, so it wasn't really a problem.

Visited for lunch. All dishes are very satisfying♪ This time, we had onion gratin soup, hamburger steak, and pudding. I think this is a wonderful restaurant that I can recommend as a Western food restaurant.
